With Resurrection Web Design, you can expect a few things.
First, you can expect to have the option of a more "hands on" approach. This doesn't mean that you have to learn how to do web development, or even learn HTML. It means that you don't have to call us up to change something on your website. If there's a word that you want changed, you're free to log into your website and change it yourself.
It's that simple, and it takes very little time.
Our websites are built using a technology called "Content Management Systems", which are websites that allow you to edit your content by logging in. Think of how you change your password, or other personal information, on a business website.
This set up is optional, and if you would rather have us update the website's content, we will do that too.
Second, you can expect to be able to know what your website does, how it does it, and why it is doing it that way. We have no problem explaining the workings of the website, and we'll gladly teach you. We've found that clients who know a bit about how their site works "under the hood" feel more comfortable using their site, and they actually use it more often. That translates into higher Search Engine rankings, which means greater visibility for your site.
Don't worry if you don't want to hear about how the sites works though. If you're not interested in it, you don't have to learn about it.
Third, you can expect a friendly atmosphere. We are a personal company, and we like to invest our lives into our customers.
